Returns Information
At www.zuccionline.co.uk we want you to be completely satisfied with every time you shop with us online. So we tried to make our returns policy as simple as possible.
If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your purchase from www.zuccionline.co.uk you have 7 days from your receipt of the item to return it to us.
Once we have received your returned item we aim to process your return within 5 working days.
Christmas Returns Policy
As it's coming up to the Christmas season we understand that many of our orders may be bought as gifts. Therefore if you buy anything from now until Christmas you have until the 7th January 2010 to return it to us. Our usual Rules of Return still apply.
Refunds
When we issue refunds, we refund the full amount of your order minus our postage costs, which is outlined in the Terms & Conditions section of our website.
Rules of Returns
When you return an item we ask that it is returned in all it's original packing with labels and is not worn, washed, damaged or had the tags removed. Any item which fails to meet this criteria may not be returned.

Returns Form
When returning an item we request that you print off the following form and fill it in, placing it in the package with the item you wish to return.
